Mixed experience. Strong chemical smell that needs major airing out. Even after 24 hours, didn't fully expand. Shredded foam feels lumpy, no smoothing layer. Works okay as a backrest for sitting, but not comfortable for sleeping. Good firm support, but wouldn't recommend as a primary pillow due to smell and texture.
